Oscar Evans is the Designated Broker for SmallTown Hunting Properties and Real Estate in Idaho. He is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) with the Realtors Land Institute and holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) Designation with the National Association of Realtors.
He is passionate about land stewardship, property rights and is a strong advocate for his clients and their land. He developed his appreciation for the land growing up on his family’s farm where he spent his childhood working cattle, precision grading the land and improving every aspect of his family’s cattle and row crop operation.
After college and 20 years of military service flying FA18’s in the US Navy and F15’s in the Air National Guard, Oscar returned to the land to raise his family on a small farm outside of Homedale, Idaho. He has been an active member and leader in the Cattleman’s Association, Farm Bureau and is a founding Director of Mountain States Policy Center.
Oscar specializes in farms, ranches and investment property. He uses his extensive leadership experience and mission focus to maximize value for his clients. As an Accredited Land Consultant, Oscar is an expert in 1031 Exchanges, succession planning and land valuation.
He is married to Clara-Leigh, and they have three wonderful children, Ashleigh, Ainslee and Garrett. They are active members of Deer Flat Church and enjoy and appreciate the plethora of options to enjoy the lands of the beautiful state of Idaho and the Pacific Northwest.
