Salesperson, Land Specialist
Kole Vowell is a Mississippi native: born, raised, and still a resident of Ackerman. Since childhood, he’s spent time hunting and fishing throughout the state and beyond, which instilled in him a deep respect for the land and a genuine understanding of what clients are looking for when they buy property.
After his active years at Choctaw County High School, Kole attended the University of Mississippi, where he earned degrees in accountancy and real estate. He spent his early career as a client-serving auditor at EY, where he developed strong financial acumen and learned how complex transactions work. That analytical foundation, combined with his real estate education, made him a perfect fit for the land business.
What makes Kole effective is his ability to connect with clients authentically. He is a people person who communicates clearly and genuinely invests in his clients' needs. Whether you’re buying or selling recreational land, hunting property, timberland, or a home with acreage, you’re working with someone who understands the numbers and your goals. Kole's commitment is straightforward: listen carefully, provide honest guidance, understand your needs, and deliver personalized service from start to finish.
Kole is an avid outdoorsman; he enjoys spending time in the woods hunting deer and turkey, in addition to fishing. He and his family are active members of Antioch Community Church, where he worships with his grandparents.
