Dillon Slaughter is a Missouri native, real estate professional, and avid outdoorsman with a lifelong connection to land and the rural lifestyle. Raised on a whitetail ranch in Central Missouri, Dillon grew up hunting, fishing, and exploring the outdoors…experiences that shaped his appreciation for land and ultimately the direction of his career. He takes pride in his Mid-Missouri roots.
Before real estate, Dillon built a diverse background in residential acquisitions, construction management, real estate investments, property management, and recreational land management. He later started his own construction company, giving him a practical understanding of property that extends well beyond the transaction itself. Today, Dillon specializes in farms, recreational and hunting properties, rural homes, and unique land throughout Missouri. His professional experience, combined with his personal connection to the outdoors, allows him to understand the practical and personal sides of buying or selling property. His approach is built on integrity, communication, and providing each client with professional expertise and personal attention.
Outside of real estate, Dillon is most at home outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, exploring new ground, or spending time with his family. He and his wife are raising their children in Boonville and value the relationships and sense of community that come with small-town living. Dillon has a genuine love for Missouri, its people, rural landscape, wildlife, and natural resources, and takes pride in helping others find their own place in the state he is proud to call home.
