“Faith, family, and a good fishing spot—that’s what keeps me grounded,” says Caleb Decker of Arkansas. Originally from Heber Springs, Caleb now lives in Bald Knob, where small-town values and good neighbors still mean something. Caleb is a self-proclaimed hillbilly at heart and not afraid to admit that he’s baited more hooks than sent emails. As the pastor of New Bethel General Baptist Church, Caleb has spent years walking with people through life’s ups and downs, learning that every season, good or bad, has its purpose. Those same lessons guide him in real estate, where honesty, patience, and heart make all the difference.
Caleb shares his life with Sarah, his bride, and their four kids, Shiloh, Sawyer, Samuel, and Finley, who make sure to keep chaos feeling like home. When not helping folks chase their real estate dreams, you might find Caleb in the woods, out fishing, or in his shop making custom knives (and occasionally learning why bandages come in bulk).
For Caleb, real estate isn’t about selling property but rather about helping families build legacies. Whether it’s a first home, a few acres of land, or that forever place to put down roots, Caleb considers it an honor to help people find their piece of Arkansas heaven…preferably with good hunting nearby and Wi-Fi that only works half the time.
