Catey Nelson is a Southwest Missouri real estate professional living in Rogersville. Prior to real estate, she worked in accounting, where she developed a strong understanding of financial strategy, budgeting, and analysis—skills that now help her clients confidently navigate the buying and selling process. Catey chose real estate because of her passion for helping people achieve their dreams of property ownership and building a life they love.
Since earning her license in 2023, Catey has focused on residential real estate and has earned the National Association of Realtors Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Clients appreciate her high level of attention to detail, clear communication, and thorough understanding of the financial side of real estate transactions. Catey and her husband, Kix, who is also a real estate agent with SmallTown, are raising four children, with their two younger daughters still at home. In addition to homeschooling, their family stays active in volleyball, basketball, and dance. Catey also co-leads a large nature-based homeschool co-op and is deeply passionate about the outdoors, country living, and creating meaningful community connections. Her love for land, family, and rural life naturally influences her personal life and her approach to real estate.
