Raised in Benton County, Missouri, Clint grew up surrounded by one of the most diverse and game-rich landscapes in the Midwest. From chasing whitetails and turkeys to long days on the water, the land around Truman Lake, spanning over 55,000 acres with nearly 1,000 miles of shoreline, shaped not only his passion for the outdoors but also his appreciation for what land ownership truly means. The land there has given Clint some of the greatest memories of his life, and it’s a place he will always call home, in some way.
Clint attended Missouri State University, where he pursued a film degree. He went on to freelance in the outdoor television industry, contributing to well-known hunting shows and DVDs. His career eventually brought him back to the Midwest in 2018, where he brought his creative vision into the business world as a marketing director for B3 Archery, where he continues to lead brand and content strategy today.
Clint resides in Kansas, just over 100 miles from where he was raised, allowing him to stay closely connected to the land that shaped him while serving clients across Kansas and Missouri. As a licensed land specialist, Clint combines his passion for land with a strategic, story-driven marketing approach. Whether helping a client find their dream hunting property, expand a farming operation, or invest in land, he is committed to doing it The SmallTown Way, built on trust, relationships, and results.
