Dennis was born and raised in Mississippi playing sports, hunting and fishing in the small community of Clara in Wayne County. He joined the Army National Guard after High School. His career in the land business started in 1987 working for a forestry consultant and progressing to buying timber and land for various companies. He acquired his real estate license in 2001 and began using his experiences in land and timber to help clients fulfill their desire to buy and sell land.

Dennis joined SmallTown Hunting Properties & Real Estate in 2022 as an associate broker. His focus is on all types of land, including recreational land, timberland and homes with acreage.
Dennis and his wife, Ammie reside in Rankin County and are members of Pinelake Church.
