Land Specialist
Forrest Wilson was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. He developed a passion for the outdoors early, going on hunting and fishing trips with his dad. Because they lived in the city with practically no access to hunt locally, these trips out of town were few but very memorable. In high school, Forrest was a state champion baseball player who went on to pitch at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville. It was here, surrounded by hunting land and having much more opportunity to experience the outdoors, that his passion for it grew.
In 2021, he graduated with a marketing degree and soon after took a job with BPI Outdoors, parent company to CVA and Bergara rifles, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In the spring of 2022, he proposed to his high school sweetheart, Madeline, on Lake Sinclair. They went on to get married and buy their first home just one year later. Forrest would spend his first couple of years at BPI traveling the country, coordinating trade shows, events, and other in-house marketing operations.
His roles shifted in 2024 as he turned his once hobby of photo and video into a new full-time role, becoming the in-house media producer for BPI. During this time, Forrest honed his craft of videography, photography, and editing, which earned him the opportunity to travel filming hunts, events, and other projects. In the spring of 2025, Forrest started a private freelance media business, filming and photographing hunts, professional fishing tournaments, and various projects.
Forrest is excited to be part of the SmallTown family and is dedicated to serving clients at the highest level, giving them the experience of #TheSmallTownWay.
Forrest and Madeline, along with their golden retriever, Moose, live in Woodstock, Georgia. Together, they enjoy going to the lake, hunting, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
