Heath Eubanks is one of the most professional young men I've ever known. Selling this piece of ground was an extremely difficult decision for me. Several years ago we decided we wanted to invest in land both for recreational purposes as well as a potential for future income. When we began the process we knew we wanted something with great hunting potential and water access, along with access to utilities and road frontage. Finding this perfect property was no easy task. We combed websites for hours, made over 10 site visits, and talked with numerous agents. In a last-ditch effort, we called your company about properties we saw online and got in touch with Heath. He was the first agent we met who sincerely wanted to help us find the perfect property. He was extremely patient, meeting us after hours and on weekends to work through potential properties. He was even nice enough to accommodate my wife and 5 kids touring the properties. To say he was patient is an understatement, showing a property is hard enough but doing it with 5 kids under 12 is a monumental task. We can’t say enough about Heath. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is an exceptionally nice person. He was more concerned with making us happy than selling a property and we can’t thank him enough for all he has done for us.
