Before real estate, I produced outdoor television shows on the Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel for 16 years ( SmallTown Hunting, Michael Waddell’s Bone Collector, Red Arrow, HeadHunters TV, and more) and was fortunate enough to travel all over and see some gorgeous country, which led me to want to show other people the opportunities that exist out on the land, because no good story ever starts out with “so there I was on my iPad…”

Refreshingly Realistic
I don't think I can praise Jason enough. He takes the time to get to know a property; he courts it, explores every nook and cranny and never stops. Sometime during the process I truly believe he knows the property as well as (or maybe better than) the owner. He is present without ever being overbearing. He does not pester you with needless updates, questions or details and is always available to answer questions or calm a fear. I find him refreshingly realistic regarding property value without being condescending or offensive. This is because he knows his market - he doesn't guess, he researches and knows for sure. Jason is transparent in his dealings with no energy wasted. I absolutely would (and have) recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell unique properties.
