Jenni Martin was born and raised in North Mississippi, but after attending college, she moved to Memphis to begin her adult life. Before real estate, Jenni spent nearly a decade working in human resources, building a career focused on guiding people through important decisions, navigating detailed processes, and advocating for others. Real estate felt like a natural next step, allowing her to continue serving people while helping them make one of life’s most meaningful investments.
Jenni brings a people-first, detail-driven approach to real estate, grounded in clear communication, strong organization, and genuine care for her clients. Known for her steady guidance and thoughtful approach, Jenni helps clients feel confident and supported throughout the buying or selling process. Whether working with families, first-time buyers, or those navigating a transition, Jenni’s goal is to make each experience smooth, informed, and personal from start to finish.
The most rewarding part of Jenni’s real estate journey has been working alongside her husband, Shane, the principal broker of the SmallTown West Tennessee office. Together, they are passionate about helping clients do more than buy or sell property—they help them find a place to put down roots and build a life.
Jenni and Shane, along with their sons, Deegan, Dane, and Daxon, live in Collierville and are proud to call West Tennessee home.
