Jon has been a pleasure to work with. I’ve known him for a number of years and when my wife and I decided to possibly sell our KY property we immediately thought of Jon. I reached out to see if he knew of an appraiser in the area so we could just see if it had enough value to sell. Jon immediately jumped in to help us come to a possible listing price. As luck would have it, he also had a potential buyer in his back pocket. He knew his buyer’s preferences very well and thought it would be quite attractive. Sure enough…he was right. We felt very comfortable with the value Jon helped us to see so we decided to list with him. It was a good decision. He pointed us in the right direction with each step and helped us navigate a number of topics that felt overwhelming until he added solutions and context. Jon’s knowledge around land and its uses and his deep understanding of his buyers and sellers needs meshed together well to bring a successful sale.
