Lee White was born in McComb, Mississippi but was raised on the family cattle farm in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. He came back to Mississippi and completed high school at Amite School Center in Liberty, before attending Southwest MS Junior College. In 1980, Lee returned to Louisiana to work with his father Lester White at his Exxon wholesale distributorship in Clinton. Lee also opened a sporting goods business selling guns, ammo and archery equipment. Nearly ten years later, Lee decided to move his business to Liberty, Mississippi where he opened the first indoor archery range in southwest Mississippi. By 1992, LIW Sports was the largest PSE archery dealer in the state.
Growing up in rural East Feliciana and southwest Mississippi hunting and working, Lee gained a strong love for the land and being outdoors. While living in Liberty, Lee started spending time with his father-in-law Willie Joe Cruise and helping him on his tree farm. Mr. Cruise taught Lee how to log, on a small scale, thinning old growth timber and removing bug trees. Over the next few years, Lee learned how important proper timber and land management is for maximum income and wildlife enhancement.
In 1994 Lee decided to start a full time career in logging. After 20 years of logging for private landowners and timber companies all over LA and MS, and being around many landowners and land trading deals, he was convinced by a broker friend that real estate would be a good fit for him. Always willing to take on a new challenge, Lee earned his license in 2014! When the time came to sell his logging equipment, he chose to keep his dozer and purchased other equipment needed for working the land. Since then, Lee has worked with many clients buying, selling and developing land.
Lee has spent the majority of his life living and working in small towns. Away from work, he has spent time hunting and fishing the Louisiana marshes, the Feliciana and southwest hills of Mississippi, chased turkeys in Missouri, deer in Illinois and elk in Colorado. Lee has a knowledge and respect for the land; he has a very strong work ethic and can help with selling, buying or the development of all your land needs.
Lee, and his wife Alinda, live in Liberty, MS.  Alinda is also a licensed real estate agent with SmallTown.
