Born and raised on her family’s poultry and cattle farm in Mena, Arkansas, MaRissa Nichols has deep roots in rural life and a strong work ethic, shaped by her upbringing. Her family later moved to Octavia, Oklahoma, where they continued their farming ventures—and where MaRissa still proudly calls home.
Before real estate, MaRissa dedicated 17 years to the healthcare field as a licensed physical therapist assistant, where she developed a passion for helping others. That same passion now drives her work as a real estate agent, where she loves guiding clients through the process of finding their dream homes, land, or investment properties.
As a resident of Southeast Oklahoma and a full-time real estate professional, MaRissa specializes in residential homes, rural acreage, and investment properties across the surrounding area. She and her husband, Joe, are raising their three children on a working cattle farm, continuing the family tradition and staying actively involved in their local community.
