Land Specialist
Born in Byram, raised in Vicksburg, and now living in Flowood, Mayson grew up in Central Mississippi learning the value of hard work, treating people right, and building lasting relationships. With deep family roots throughout Central Mississippi and along the Gulf Coast, community and family have always been at the center of his life.
Baseball played a major role in shaping Mayson’s work ethic, including two years at Hinds Community College before finishing his degree in business administration at Mississippi State University. He remains connected to the game by coaching youth baseball, giving lessons, and running his own team.
Mayson’s passion for real estate began through years of hunting and scouting and grew even stronger after watching his family navigate the land-buying process and the importance of trust and guidance. That experience led him to join the SmallTown family, where he’s proud to help others sell and buy land they can enjoy for generations.
When he’s not working or on the baseball field, Mayson enjoys hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. He attends Pinelake Church and takes pride in staying connected to the communities that shaped who he is today.
