Associate Broker, Land Specialist
Born and raised in the Carolinas, Michael has always felt at home in the outdoors. From a young age, he spent his time hunting and fishing with his dad and brother, developing a lifelong appreciation for land and conservation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in 2016.
Prior to real estate, Michael worked in the yachting and sport fish industry as a captain and first mate, where he built strong leadership and client service skills. In 2022, he began his real estate career with a commercial brokerage in Columbia, South Carolina, gaining experience representing both buyers and sellers.
Michael often spends his free time in the tree stand, fishing, or playing golf with friends and family. He and his wife, Madeline, live in Columbia, SC, and enjoy traveling as well as spending time on the family farm. His passion for the outdoors, combined with his real estate experience, allows him to serve clients with authenticity and a true understanding of land ownership.
Michael's goal is to help clients buy and sell properties, guiding them toward land they can make their own and enjoy everything it has to offer.
