Morgan was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, but raised and still resides in Hoover, Alabama. Before a career in real estate, he worked as a land manager for EBSCO Industries’ private farm. He managed and maintained over 7,000 acres of hunting property, ensuring optimal land use, safety, and accessibility for hunting and outdoor activities. Morgan's passion for the outdoors, especially deer hunting, fishing, and waterfowl, motivated him to pursue a career in real estate, where he can help connect families with properties that hold lasting value and create lifelong memories. Morgan is a graduate of Hoover High School and the University of Alabama, where he earned a degree in criminal law and a student-designed minor in rural land management.
Morgan's focus areas include hunting and recreational tracts, timber investments, and residential properties. He brings a strong background in land and wildlife management and understands the unique needs of both investors and outdoorsmen. Clients can expect a high level of communication, reliability, and professionalism. Morgan enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, and training his dog, Ms. Bee, along with following Crimson Tide athletics and the Atlanta Braves.
