Phillip Vogler

Phillip Vogler calls Georgia home, he always has. He was born and raised in Bibb County and that is where he learned to love and appreciate nature. For years, Phillip has owned a land management and forestry business where he works closely with clients who own farmland, recreational land and timberland. Working for and partnering with several foresters throughout Georgia, Phillip has had the pleasure of being associated with folks who truly appreciate land management and richly enhancing the land. This has also given him the ability to work with landowners to maximize their land’s potential whether it be recreational use or for timber purposes.

Seeing the pleasure on a landowners’ face after successfully managing their property is what led Phillip to Real Estate. He wants to bring that same joy to those who are buying/selling property. “I want to represent clients who later become family.” Phillip feels like #theSmallTownway depicts that very thing, so in the fall of 2023 he joined the SmallTown Hunting Properties & Real Estate team. As a native Georgian, he is ready to assist in any real estate transactions throughout the state.

Phillip and his wife, Anna, along with their Pomeranian named Gizmo, live in Crawford County in Central Georgia.  Their hobbies include hunting, fishing, travelling and cheering for the University of Georgia Bulldogs.
