Rheagan Vaughn has always been a “small town girl”. She grew up in Greenwood, Mississippi, graduated from Pillow Academy and then moved to Oxford to attend Ole Miss.

Since 2006, Rheagan has been a hairstylist in Oxford where she has nurtured and cultivated a large clientele. She decided to follow her heart and combine her passion for people with her love of the outdoors and pursue a career in real estate. In the summer of 2023, Rheagan joined SmallTown Hunting Properties & Real Estate.  “I love the idea of being involved with someone finding a property and making it theirs.” Whether putting down some roots or making an investment, Rheagan is eager to help you find just the right place!

Rheagan, along with her husband Nadan, live in Lafayette County where they are raising their son Swayze and two daughters Mary Naden and Carter Reece. Rheagan is an avid hunter, loves to fish and enjoys being outdoors surrounded by nature.
