Sean LaNier was born in Ogden, Utah, raised in Idaho Falls, and currently lives in Nampa, Idaho. Before his real estate career, Sean served as an associate pastor at a small church in Marsing, a rural community west of Boise.
His background consistently exposed him to the land and agricultural sectors. Sean grew up around land; his family was involved in the agricultural implement industry, so naturally, Sean spent time there. Additionally, he worked at a crop-dusting business for a summer. This sustained connection and draw to the industry ultimately led him to real estate with a focus on agricultural tracts and hunting properties.
Sean is also qualified in other areas of interest, including an A&P license as an aircraft mechanic, various safety certificates from time spent working in the Bakken oil fields, and a scuba diving license. Sean shares, "My professional philosophy prioritizes trust, honesty, and continuous learning. I am committed to effective communication tailored to each specific situation and constantly strive to increase my knowledge."
Outside of his professional life, Sean is passionate about faith and family, making sure to honor God. He has been an active outdoorsman since childhood, enjoying learning about and exploring the land. In addition, Sean values being involved in charity organizations to help uplift local communities and society in general.
