Shane Martin has always called West Tennessee home—he was born in Memphis and raised in Collierville, where he still lives. His connection to land began long before his real estate career, rooted in early work within the timber industry. There, he developed valuable skills in customer service, negotiation, and land management…experience that ultimately became the foundation of his success as a land specialist. In 2021, Shane entered real estate with a genuine desire to help others understand the true value that land can offer and to guide clients toward reaching their goals through his expertise and passion for the outdoors.
Shane launched his real estate career with a dedicated focus on hunting properties, timberland, farms, and recreational and commercial properties. He holds broker licenses in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas, giving clients a broad regional advantage and a comprehensive understanding of Mid-South land markets. Known for his trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hard-working approach, Shane provides straightforward, honest guidance that consistently leads to successful transactions and satisfied clients. Outside the office, Shane enjoys fishing, hunting, boating, traveling, and working his own land, often behind the equipment he loves to operate. He remains active in his community and takes pride in supporting the region he calls home. Above all, Shane values time with his wife and their three boys, whom he hopes will one day share his appreciation for the outdoors and the land. Guided by his Christian faith, Shane strives to lead his family and serve his clients with integrity, humility, and a genuine care for others.
