Shawn was awesome! He drove down to look and meet at our property on a Sunday, and he listened to what our goal was for selling. Shawn gave us his thoughts but never pushed us away from our goal. After settling on what we wanted, he got his team down to take pictures and listed our property! Shawn kept us updated throughout the entire process; he communicated about showings and phone calls and touched base every two weeks on what he was getting! His entire team shared and posted our property weekly and really pushed to sell it! He got us to the finish line in the time frame we said we’d like to have the property sold by! This is about my experience with Shawn Simpson. I received a mail flyer from Shawn and I had been considering selling my property in Bibb County, Alabama. I called Shawn and he met me at the property; we walked the land together and discussed several points. Afterwards, returning home for about a week, I decided to list with Shawn. I called him and he came to my house in Tuscaloosa County and agreed on a sales price for the 82 acres. I signed the agreement and when Shawn listed the property, it sold the first day for the listed price without any hassle. This is my true experience with Shawn Simpson—a great person to deal with.
