Steve is a native and lifelong resident of Florida and a proud seventh-generation member of the Green family to call Florida home. Raised in the rural outdoors of “Old Florida,” Steve grew up in a family of avid hunters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts. That early connection to the land shaped a lifelong appreciation for nature, conservation, and responsible land stewardship.
A resident of High Springs, in North Florida, Steve has served his community for more than 30 years as a business owner, earning a reputation for dependability, compassion, and integrity. Throughout his business career, he bought and sold residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, gaining firsthand experience and a deep understanding of real estate from an owner’s perspective.
These experiences fueled Steve’s passion for helping others realize their dreams of property ownership, especially land, so they too can enjoy the opportunities, freedom, and resources that come with it. Steve is committed to guiding buyers and sellers with honesty, diligence, and a client-first approach.
Steve enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 30 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jon and Matt. He is also a longtime active member of his local church and can often be found hunting, working and managing land, logging countless hours on a tractor, and serving those in need.
