Cody Bellipanni is originally from the Mississippi Delta. After high school, he attended Mississippi Delta Community College before transferring to Holmes where he obtained his business degree.
In 2012, Cody moved to Madison, MS for a career in the manufacturing industry as a maintenance technician. A few years later, he was presented with an opportunity in sales with a local contractor which ultimately led to his own roof contracting business that he still operates today!
The successes of Cody’s business now offers him time to pursue a real estate career. He joined the SmallTown Hunting Properties & Real Estate team in December of 2022. With his love for hunting, fishing, land, and building long lasting relationships with clients, Cody looks forward to helping clients find their dream property.
Cody and his wife Lauren, along with their children Blake, Hensley, Waylon, and Stratton live in Madison County, MS
