Description

Welcome to AJAX Farm, a 29.37 acre poultry operation located in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. Built in 2006, the farm features six 50' x 500' broiler houses. All six houses underwent a retrofit in 2023, providing an updated and well-equipped operation. AJAX Farm was the #1 ranked farm in 2025 within the company's Natchitoches Complex, highlighting the farm's strong production performance.

AJAX Farm is currently growing a 4.1-pound bird for a nationally recognized integrator. Each of the six broiler houses is equipped with Chore-Time feeders with Chick-Mates, Ziggity drinkers, brooders, Rotem Platinum Plus controllers, and a Munters alarm system. Ventilation is provided by 13 52" tunnel fans and three exhaust fans per house, along with Eagan tunnel doors. The entire farm runs on propane. Water is supplied by two water wells, and the farm is supported by one 180 kW backup generator to help maintain critical farm systems during power outages. The equipment package includes a John Deere 75 HP Tractor with the front end loader, a Lewis Poultry Housekeeper, a John Deere Zero Turn Lawn Mower, a Kubota Side x Side, a Pulverizer, and a box blade.

The complete 2023 retrofit, combined with the farm's proven production performance, makes AJAX Farm an outstanding opportunity for an experienced poultry producer looking to expand or a qualified buyer looking to enter the poultry industry. With six established broiler houses, updated equipment, dedicated water, backup power, and the distinction of being the #1 farm in the Natchitoches Complex in 2025, AJAX Farm offers a proven poultry operation positioned for continued production.

For buyers looking to build a larger poultry operation, additional poultry farms located nearby may also be available for purchase. This creates a unique opportunity to acquire AJAX Farm individually or potentially combine multiple nearby operations into a larger poultry portfolio within the same area.
