Rachel Boyd

Rachel is a proud military wife and mother who is originally from Kansas City. She attended the University of Central Missouri where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Aviation Technology and received her pilots license. Her husband is a retired military pilot and throughout his service to our country they were given the tremendous opportunity to live and travel all over the US and around the world. It was during these adventures that Rachel developed a love for different architectural homes and styles. She truly believes that the land where people choose to call home represents their culture, sense of community, and values. Finding the right space that reflects these qualities can bring about so much happiness and fulfillment in one’s life, and Rachel has a passion for people and helping them in this mission. She previously worked in the healthcare industry and raised her two wonderful children, so Rachel knows a thing or two about working hard for others. She might have been around the world, but she’s from a small town and it shows through every way she puts people’s needs first- it’s the smalltown way!

She embarked on her career in real estate in 2020 and her unrelenting work ethic has taken her from Executive Assistant with Principal Broker, Michael Oswalt, to also a licensed agent as she has truly immersed herself in the real estate industry. Rachel earned her real estate license in 2021 and is incredibly proud and honored to be a part of the team with SmallTown Hunting Properties and Real Estate.

From Kansas to Korea, we are lucky that Rachel calls Madison, MS home. She lives at Lake Caroline with her husband, Bryan, and two poodles, Kody and Carmalita. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, trying new eateries, and visiting her two children, Sarah and Joshua.
