Reed Davis

Reed is a native of Rankin County, MS. He graduated from Brandon High School and ultimately earned a degree from the University of Southern Mississippi after spending a short time at Hinds Community College. During his time in school, Reed gained valuable skills in various trades with a large focus in building fences with his dad. Since completing college in 2021, Reed has been deeply involved in the real estate industry. Not only does he hold a real estate license, but he is also a licensed appraiser. Reed joined the SmallTown team early in 2024 and works alongside Co-Owner, Adam Hester, ALC.

Reed’s passion for the outdoors began at a very young age. He has spent a considerable amount of time deer hunting with his dad and younger brother along the Mississippi River. When he’s not in the tree stand, you can find him in the kitchen. Reed is known for his cooking skills, especially when wild game is on the menu.
