Treston Cochran

Treston is a native of southeast Mississippi and proud of his small town roots. He was born and raised in the Clara Community of Wayne County and graduated from Wayne County High School in 2013 then furthered his education at Jones County Junior College where he earned his Associate’s Degree. Treston spent several years working in both the oil & gas and nuclear power industries, where he learned the value of hard work. Treston grew up participating in just about every activity the outdoors has to offer, with his passions being bowhunting whitetail deer and turkey hunting. He has always had a love for the land and everything that goes into taking care of it.

In 2021 Treston attained his Real Estate license and in the fall of 2023 joined the Smalltown Hunting Properties & Real Estate family. “My greatest passion is helping my clients find that special property they can grow with and enjoy for years to come.” Treston attends Pleasant Ridge Assembly of God in Waynesboro and enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
