Will Fouche

Will is a Mississippi man through and through as he was born, raised and still lives in Yazoo County. He graduated from Manchester Academy in 2018 and later moved to Douglas, Wyoming where he worked on his family’s cattle ranch. Will was missing the south so after twelve months, he returned to Mississippi.

Will and his brother farm corn and soybeans on their 4,500 acres in the Yazoo County Delta. While he still loves farming, he wanted to pursue a career in real estate since this has been a desire ever since he was in high school. His love for the outdoors and desire to help people is what made him want to get into real estate. So, in March of 2023, he earned his license and began to focus on land sales. Early in 2024, Will joined SmallTown Hunting Properties & Real Estate. His goal is “to form a relationship with clients and help them throughout the whole process, whether buying or selling…making a decision like that can oftentimes be very difficult.” Will specializes in recreational land, ag land, and hunting land. His knowledge and resources are valuable and can help you in any real estate transaction.

Will is very passionate and loves the outdoors. Outside of farming, he enjoys deer hunting, duck hunting and bass fishing. Will is an Ole Miss fan and follows all Rebel athletics
